Quality Policy
Bernoulli System develops and manufactures automatic filters for natural water with a minimum need of maintenance.
It is our objective to meet our customers’ requirements in every order. We believe in the principle that all staff is involved in the quality of our products and that each individual should feel his/her responsibility for it.
We are continually striving to improve our products with a vision to expand our product range and to give the best possible customer service. Deliveries shall take place in time and with the right quality and our customers should feel that they get personalized service and comprehensive solutions to their needs, as they come to us.
All employees are familiar with this, our quality policy and have a responsibility to follow it and to work to achieve set goals. We are also working continuously to improve our management system and to meet the demands placed on us.
Management systems
Bernoulli System is certified according to Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001:2007. Certification is an important tool in the systematic work, with internal and external audits that place demands in terms of constant improvements in our daily work.

Environmental policy
Bernoulli System shall trough continuous improvement work and an environmental conscience in all parts of the value chain work towards sustainability.
Our environmental work consist of:
- complying with applicable environmental laws, regulations and commitments towards stakeholders.
- that all our employees have the competence required to take responsibility for the environment in the daily work.
- continuously improving and evaluating our environmental work in compliance with our environmental management system.

Warranty Conditions
General conditions
All goods supplied by Bernoulli System AB are subject to Orgalime S 2012. No other conditions will apply unless they have been specifically agreed in writing. For deliveries to Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway, NL09 is applicable as a replacement for Orgalime S 2012.
Warranty
The warranty period is 1 year unless otherwise limited or agreed upon for a specific delivery and starts from the day the end user receive the product. The warranty is valid for normal operation and requires that the prescribed commissioning, service and maintenance is performed. Wear parts are excluded from this warranty.
